$165 per 55 minute session
Fees are due at time of services. Please note that I am an out-of-network provider and will provide you with a superbill (detailed invoice) to use for out of network benefit reimbursement (varies by plan).

Who do you see?
I see adults and young adults (16yr+) who live in Oregon or Washington. I’m passionate about helping people build self-confidence, break free from anxiety and move forward towards their goals. Please contact me for a free 20 min phone consultation and we’ll explore your needs.
Do you take my insurance?
The short answer is no. I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies and plans. That means that you will pay me for your session after the service. I will provide you with a receipt called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if you have out of network benefits (most plans do). The reimbursement rate varies, please check with your insurance if you are planning to use this method.
Why don't you take insurance?
There are several reasons I have chosen not to accept insurance. The benefits of not using your insurance are increased privacy, having more control over what you want to work on in therapy, and we can work together without a diagnosis (insurance requires one). Do you offer sliding scale spots? What forms of payment do you take?
I have limited sliding scale spots for clients – please ask about availability for reduced rates. I accept payment through Simple Practice and it accepts all major credit/debit cards, FSA, HSA, Google or Apple Pay.
what are virtual appointments or telehealth?
It’s therapy done online instead of in person. At this time I am providing all services via a secure confidential video platform that is as easy as clicking a link. Very user friendly. Read more on what to expect here.
What is family Counseling? Can A partner join?
I also offer family appointments when clinically indicated. I do not offer traditional couples counseling. A partner is welcome to join a session on occasion to lend physical support or to better understand what you are going through and what they can do to help. Individually we can work on ways to improve your relationships and resolve conflicts.
What is the cancellation policy?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations under the 24 hour mark are charged the full fee for the appointment booked. I value our time together and I hope you will too. Scheduling is done through Simple Practice software and has automatic reminder options.
